You have two local IP addresses on iPhone: one from cellular data connection (e.g. LTE/3G) and the other from Wi-Fi connection.
Global IP address (a.k.a primary IP address) is the IP address which outside world would see as your IP address and global IP address is user’s IP address which some websites track and record if any.

You can export your IP address records by e-mail to yourself or others with the CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format attachment. Your records can be opened up with your favorite spreadsheet application or a native viewer in any iOS devices as well.
